Terms of Service
- All goods/items MUST be installed by a Qualified Professional Mechanic, Qualified Professional Panel Beater or Qualified Professional Auto Electrician, to prevent risk of injury or malfunction of items.
- It is for the Consumers Risk and Cost to return any unused goods/items within 10 working days after accepting or receiving goods/items.
- Before ordering goods/items, please make sure visual that the goods/items you are ordering are correct. Many models have multiple goods/items. To save time and shipping costs, please try to identify the correct goods/items before placing and order.Â
- If paying via EFT, full payment must reflect in our account before any goods/items will be released. No Exceptions.
- Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to us at support@procarparts.co.za.
- Some goods/items are held offsite. An order must be placed either online, via email, telephonically, or in store. Orders may take between 1-2 working days before being ready for collection or before being shipped.
- ALL Courier cost will be to the consumers expense. Whether it be for delivery or return.
