Returns Policy

• Goods/Items must be returned within 10 working days after receiving items.
  
• Goods/Items Correctly supplied must be returned with the risk and cost by the consumer.
• Goods/Items Incorrectly supplied will be returned with the risk and cost by the consumer.
• Goods/Items must be returned in original packaging and original condition.
  
• (a) Incorrectly supplied goods/items, returned will not carry a handling fee. If goods/items cannot be replaced with correct goods/items required, a full refund will be given.
• (b) Correctly supplied goods/items returned in opened packaging will accompany a 20% handling fee charged to refund.
• Goods/Items that have physically been altered in ANYWAY will NOT be accepted for return or refund.
• Goods/Items come with a 6 month manufacturers warranty. Proof of professional installation required.
